DeeVid AI World Cup Creator Challenge — Official Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

To participate in this program, creators must meet all of the following requirements:

1. Possess a publicly accessible Instagram or TikTok account.
2. The account's content must be relevant to AI, creative content, video production, visual design, marketing content, lifestyle, entertainment, or related categories.
3. Submit an application and pass the official DeeVid AI review process.
4. Upon approval, creators will receive the official Creative Brief, DeeVid AI Pro benefits, production credits, whitelist status, and a dedicated UTM tracking link.
5. Accounts that have not passed the official review are not eligible for reward calculation.
6. Each creator may register only one social media account for participation.
7. Each creator may submit only one video for reward consideration.

DeeVid AI reserves the right to approve or decline any application based on factors including, but not limited to, account visibility, content category, historical content quality, historical engagement rate, and account authenticity.

2. Content Creation Requirements

Creators must complete their content in accordance with the official Creative Brief. All submissions must satisfy the following requirements:

1. The video must be created using DeeVid AI, either via the web platform or mobile application.
2. The content must conform to the creative direction, thematic requirements, mandatory elements, and publishing specifications outlined in the official Brief.
3. The video must be an original work by the creator, or the creator must hold legitimate usage rights for all materials incorporated.
4. The video must be completed and published within 7 days of receiving the Brief.
5. The video must remain publicly visible for a minimum of 6 months following publication.
6. Submissions that are unrelated to the Brief, of clearly low quality, or duplicative will not be accepted.
7. The video must not contain references to competing products or services of a similar nature.

DeeVid AI reserves the right to exclude any submission from reward consideration if it does not meet the requirements set forth in the Brief.

3. Content Standards

All submissions must be positive, constructive, and suitable for public distribution. The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

1. Graphic, violent, or disturbing content.
2. Horror, thriller, intentionally frightening, or excessively dark content.
3. Sexually explicit, nudity-containing, adult, or suggestive content.
4. Hateful, discriminatory, harassing, or offensive expression.
5. Political extremism or harmful misinformation.
6. Sensitive or inappropriate content involving minors.
7. False news, false endorsements, or misleading statements.
8. Content that encourages illegal, dangerous, or harmful behavior.
9. Content that violates the community guidelines or terms of service of Instagram, TikTok, or any other applicable platform.
10. Content that may damage the brand reputation of DeeVid AI.

DeeVid AI reserves the right to reject, disqualify, or request removal of any submission that does not comply with these content standards.

4. Copyright, Likeness, and Material Usage

Creators are solely responsible for ensuring that their submissions do not infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. The following may not be used without proper authorization:

1. Images, videos, music, audio, fonts, or other materials owned by third parties.
2. The likeness, voice, name, or other identifiable characteristics of celebrities, public figures, or private individuals.
3. Third-party brand logos, trademarks, product packaging, or promotional materials.
4. Any other content that may infringe upon copyright, rights of publicity, trademark rights, or other legally protected interests.

The publication of a submission on a social media platform does not constitute an endorsement or official position by DeeVid AI. DeeVid AI will independently determine whether to feature, repost, or display any submission based on content safety, copyright risk, and brand alignment.Any disputes arising from copyright, likeness, trademark, material licensing, or other third-party claims related to a creator's submission are the sole responsibility of the creator.

5. Publication Requirements

Creators must adhere to the following requirements when publishing their submissions:

1. The video must be published on the social media account submitted and approved at the time of application.
2. The video must be published publicly. Private links, time-limited visibility settings, or inaccessible links are not accepted.
3. The official DeeVid AI account must be tagged in the caption as specified in the Brief.
4. The dedicated UTM tracking link provided by DeeVid AI must be included with the post.
5. The UTM link should be placed in the Instagram Bio, TikTok Profile Link, or a designated landing page, or used to direct audiences via CTA or DM as specified in the Brief.
6. The full UTM link must not be written directly into the video caption, unless the Brief explicitly states otherwise.
7. Where required by local regulations, platform rules, or the Brief, creators must include #ad, #sponsored, or an equivalent disclosure identifier in the caption.
8. Creators must not delete, hide, replace, alter the core content of, or set to private any published submission after it has been posted.
9. If any publication error occurs — including incorrect links, UTM tracking links, account tags, or disclosure identifiers — the creator must make corrections promptly upon notification.

Submissions that do not comply with the above publication requirements may be excluded from reward consideration.

6. UTM Link Usage

Each approved creator will be issued a unique UTM tracking link. Creators must comply with the following rules:

1. Only the dedicated UTM link officially provided by DeeVid AI may be used.
2. Creators must not modify, substitute, or share another creator's UTM link.
3. The UTM link must not be used in content, advertisements, or traffic sources unrelated to this program, nor may it be used to generate artificial or misleading traffic.
4. If the UTM link malfunctions, the creator must contact DeeVid AI promptly. Creators must not generate or use a self-made replacement link.
5. If a creator's failure to correctly use the UTM link renders performance data unverifiable, DeeVid AI reserves the right to exclude the affected data from reward consideration.

7. Submission Requirements

After publishing their video, creators must submit the required information to the designated official email address. Required submission information includes:

1. Creator name.
2. Contact email address.
3. Social media profile link.
4. Link to the published submission.
5. Country or region of residence.
6. Any other information officially requested by DeeVid AI.
7. Instagram or TikTok Insights screenshot covering the 7-day period following the video's publication.
8. If cash rewards are applicable, an invoice or payment information as required by DeeVid AI.

All submitted information must be accurate, complete, and verifiable. Submissions with incomplete information, broken links, inaccessible accounts, or unverifiable data may be excluded from reward consideration.

8. Production Credits and Base Benefits

Creators who pass the official review and confirm their participation are entitled to the following base benefits:

1. DeeVid AI Pro account equivalent activation, including full feature access and 600 production credits for use on the DeeVid AI platform.
2. Creator whitelist status, granting priority access to future programs.
3. The official Creative Brief.
4. A dedicated UTM tracking link.

If additional production credits are required for the creation process, creators may request up to 400 additional credits from DeeVid AI. The issuance of additional credits is at the sole discretion of DeeVid AI, based on demonstrated creative need and account standing.Production credits are issued solely for use in this program and may not be transferred, sold, rented, shared, or used for any purpose unrelated to this program.

9. Performance Data and Measurement

All performance data for this program is based on metrics recorded within 7 days of the video's publication. The following rules apply:

1. The measurement window covers 7 consecutive days from the moment the video is publicly published.
2. Views, likes, comments, saves, shares, and other metrics are based on official platform backend data.
3. For Instagram videos, the primary verification source is the official Instagram Insights screenshot.
4. Data from third-party analytics platforms, manual estimates, or unverifiable sources will not be accepted.
5. If certain metrics are not visible on the platform, DeeVid AI will only count verifiable data and will not estimate unavailable metrics.
6. If a creator modifies, deletes, or hides a submission, rendering the data unverifiable, the submission may be excluded from reward consideration.
7. If inconsistencies exist between the video's publication time, screenshot timestamps, publicly visible data, and backend data, DeeVid AI reserves the right to request supplementary documentation from the creator.
8. DeeVid AI reserves the right to conduct manual review of any data that appears anomalous.

Engagement rate reference formula: Engagement Rate = (Likes + Comments + Saves + Shares) ÷ ViewsIf a platform does not display save or share data, only visible engagement metrics will be counted. No estimations will be made for unavailable data.

10. Performance Reward Structure

Cash performance rewards are calculated based on the total view count recorded within 7 days of the video's publication, as follows:

Each creator is eligible for reward consideration for one video only. Cash rewards and base benefits are independent of one another; base benefits will not be revoked on account of low view counts.Tier D creators retain all base benefits, including Pro account access, production credits, and whitelist status, but do not qualify for a cash performance reward.The maximum cash performance reward per creator is $800. Tier rewards are not cumulative.DeeVid AI will arrange reward distribution following the conclusion of the 7-day data lock period and completion of the official review process. Rewards are typically processed within 5–7 business days following data finalization, subject to official notification.

11. Anti-Fraud Policy

All forms of data manipulation, artificial engagement, and fraudulent submission are strictly prohibited. If any of the following behaviors are identified, DeeVid AI reserves the right to disqualify the creator, void all associated rewards, reclaim any issued benefits, and restrict the creator from participating in future programs:

1. Purchasing views, likes, comments, saves, shares, or followers.
2. Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate views or engagement.
3. Using fake accounts, inactive accounts, or coordinated account networks to generate engagement.
4. Inflating data through engagement exchange groups, paid traffic platforms, or abnormal traffic sources.
5. Submitting falsified or altered data screenshots.
6. Submitting false video links, fabricated account information, or misleading materials.
7. Submitting work created by another individual as one's own.
8. Any other conduct that compromises the integrity or fairness of the program.

If a video demonstrates a high view count alongside abnormally low engagement metrics, DeeVid AI reserves the right to request supplementary backend screenshots, an explanation of traffic sources, or other supporting documentation.If the creator is unable to provide a satisfactory explanation for anomalous data, DeeVid AI reserves the right to recalculate the reward based on verified valid data, or to disqualify the submission from reward consideration entirely.

12. Review and Disqualification

DeeVid AI will conduct reviews covering creator eligibility, submission content, DeeVid AI usage, publication compliance, UTM link usage, data authenticity, and payment information. The following circumstances may result in a submission being excluded from rewards or a creator being disqualified:

1. Failure to pass the official application review.
2. Failure to publish the submission within the designated timeframe.
3. Failure to create or publish content in accordance with the Brief.
4. Failure to correctly tag the official DeeVid AI account.
5. Failure to correctly use the dedicated UTM tracking link.
6. The submission link is inaccessible, deleted, hidden, or set to private.
7. The submission does not meet the content standards outlined in Section 3.
8. Performance data is unverifiable or shows clear anomalies.
9. The creator fails to submit the required backend data screenshots, invoice, or payment information.
10. The creator violates the terms of service of a social media platform, resulting in the submission being removed, restricted, banned, or rendered untrackable.
11. The creator engages in fraudulent activity, submits false information, or takes any other action that undermines the fairness of the program.

DeeVid AI retains final authority over all eligibility reviews and reward determinations.

13. Content Display and Usage Rights

By submitting a work to this program, creators grant DeeVid AI the right to use the submission within the scope of program-related activities. DeeVid AI may use qualifying submissions for the following purposes:

1. The DeeVid AI official website gallery.
2. DeeVid AI official social media accounts.
3. Program pages, creator showcase pages, or future recruitment pages.
4. DeeVid AI brand promotion, case study presentations, or secondary distribution content.

When using submissions, DeeVid AI may make format adjustments, capture cover thumbnails, resize, compress, excerpt clips, or add necessary annotations as required for display purposes.Creators retain ownership of their original works. This license does not constitute a full transfer of copyright from the creator to DeeVid AI.If a creator wishes to withdraw their authorization for content display, they must submit a request through the official designated contact channel. DeeVid AI will process the request within a reasonable timeframe; however, content that has already been published, reposted, incorporated into program retrospectives, or distributed may not be fully retractable.

14. Payment and Tax Obligations

Creators who qualify for a performance reward must provide valid payment information or an invoice as required by DeeVid AI. The following payment rules apply:

1. All reward amounts are stated as pre-tax figures.
2. Creators are solely responsible for fulfilling any applicable tax obligations in their jurisdiction.
3. Payment platform fees, receiving fees, and currency exchange differences are subject to the policies of the applicable payment channel.
4. If a creator fails to provide valid payment information, DeeVid AI reserves the right to delay or cancel the reward distribution.
5. If payment cannot be completed due to regional restrictions, account limitations, platform policies, or compliance requirements, DeeVid AI will work with the creator to identify an alternative arrangement. If no viable solution can be reached, the reward may be forfeited.
6. If a creator is found to have engaged in violations, infringement, data manipulation, or fraudulent submission after rewards have been issued, DeeVid AI reserves the right to cancel any pending rewards and seek recovery of benefits already distributed.

15. Appeals and Review

If a creator disputes the outcome of a review, performance data calculation, or reward tier determination, they may submit a formal appeal within the designated period following receipt of the official notification. Appeals must include:

1. Creator name.
2. Participating account link.
3. Submission link.
4. Backend data screenshots.
5. Grounds for appeal.
6. Any additional materials that substantiate the authenticity of the data or compliance with program rules.

DeeVid AI will conduct a review based on the submitted materials. The outcome of the review as determined by DeeVid AI is final.

16. Amendments to Terms

DeeVid AI reserves the right to amend the program rules, review procedures, data measurement methodology, or reward arrangements in response to changes in program execution, platform policy updates, fraud risks, technical issues, or force majeure circumstances.In the event of material changes to the terms, DeeVid AI will notify creators through official channels, including but not limited to the official program page, email, Discord, or other official communication platforms.By participating in this program, creators acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth herein.
